Nick Kirov is the founder of Kirov Estates LTD. He started his short-term rental business just before the biggest disaster the world has seen in the 21st century – the Coronavirus in 2020. His will and determination to persevere and still have his doors open for Key Workers when all hotels and guest houses were not allowed to accommodate them – gave him and Kirov Estates the cutting edge of a valuable and reliable accommodation provider.

Over the years Nick grew his business and currently has short term rentals across Southampton and Portsmouth, partnering with local business owners and communities to provide an outstanding experience for his guests. On top of that Nick is also the founder and sole owner of Kirov Cleaning LTD – with his own cleaning company he ensures that all properties are cleaned to the highest standard.
